First you have to registred on the forum to have an account .

You have to go to the post link and added in the insert an image.

Click there and will open a page to upload your photos.

Click on the Browse and wait.

Click the photo you want to post and open.

And you preass the Host it.

And you have to wait 1 sec and will the page with the link click the BBcode
